All competitors must collect numbers at least 15 minutes prior to commencement of the class.
Competitors are responsible for arriving at the ring on time for the start of their classes.
All Classes (horses only) - late entries taken on the day - Entry Fee £6.00 per entry and an Entry Form must be completed.
No late entries accepted after 11.00am. No telephone entries accepted.
Note: anyone riding or exercising a horse at any time must be correctly dressed, riding in designated areas only and wearing a riding hat to acceptable standard, EN1384 or PAS015. If not they will banned from competing.
All winners of cups last year are requested to return them two weeks before the show. Please contact the Secretary on 01229 861728 to arrange their return.

The stewards are instructed by the Committee to examine all cattle before entering the ring and are authorised to reject any which do not conform with the regulations respecting teeth, markings etc. and the Committee hope the competitor will give them every assistance whilst in the execution of their duty.
